Time To Start Setting Up Some Trips

It's that time of year to start setting up some trips on our supporting party boats. I am setting up trips and as always you just copy and paste, adding your name of the current list in the correct order. Look for more tirps to be set up and as always bring your food and beverage and be ready to catch some fish!!

TFL Fishing Trips: Every season we put together a series of fishing trips to get people from TFL site and Message Boards to go fishing together and to put some anglers on the decks of our supporting party boats. This also puts names with faces from folks you may be communicating with on our Message Boards. We try to run these trips weekdays and weekday evenings when the boats really need the extra passengers. Well 2009 is no different so we are now setting up some trips for you folks to get in on and we'll be using our supporting charter boats for special 6 pack trips as well.

Unless otherwise noted as a FREE trip, you do pay your own way and are responsible for your own food and beverage, although 99% of these boats have their own galley and some great eats! If you are an existing member of our Message Boards you can go to the THREAD and add your name to the existing list, or perhaps register for free to Message Boards then add your name. You may also call our office 516-889-6895 during business hours (9 am to 6 pm) and ad your name by phone or E-mail rich@thefishingline.com. Here are the first couple of trips.

Trip #1: Island Princess Night Blues/Weakfish: This trip is set for Monday evening May 18. The Island Princess fishes in the bay at night and this night fishing has been super in Captree so I want to set up a night trip on the night next week...and the weakfish should be here any day! The date is Monday night, May 18th and the boat sails at 6 p.m. returning at 10 p.m. and has a terrific galley for snacks and drinks or coffee. You can still be home in bed by 11 and get a good night’s sleep before work. Who wants in?? You know the deal…copy and paste adding your name to the list or follow the instructions above.

Trip #2: Flamingo 3 Jigging Bass & Blues: This trip is set for Wednesday May 20. The Flamingo 3 fishes both in the bay and ocean for bass and bluefish. The boat sails at 6:30 a.m. returning at 2 p.m. and has no galley so be prepared with lunch and drinks. Fishing has been super right now with all the blues you could want and more bass show every day. The two weeks before Memorial Day are WELL KNOWN for many big bass to 30 pounds on the diamond jigs and they have the tackle and rods for you if you don’t have your own. Who wants in?? You know the deal…copy and paste adding your name to the list or follow the instructions above.

Wish I could fish, but work keeps getting in the way. Good luck out there.

Hope all is well.
