Baked Bluefish Filets

Make sure that the bluefish filets are washed off to get rid of what ever blood may be left as well as making sure that the bloodline is cut off. After that is done take the filets and then line them in a baking dish and then coat them with Olive Oil, salt, pepper and whatever other spices you want, cover it with foil, then place it in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. The fish will come out flaky and good.

NOTE: This can also be done on the grill if you wanted to.
